FARM SCHOOL MANAGER

I have been working in childcare since 2014 with the majority of that time working in outdoor settings. I am a Level 3 Early Years Educator and Level 2 Forest school trained, I also have a degree in Environmental Biology. I am a strong believer in the benefits of outdoor learning, passionate about giving children the freedom to explore the natural world, develop confidence, build resilience and learn through hands-on experiences, creating a place where children feel happy, safe, confident and excited to learn. I have a real love for both early years education and the great outdoors, the best learning happens when children are given the freedom to explore, get messy, ask questions and discover things for themselves. For me, every child is unique, and I want them to feel valued, listened to and encouraged to be themselves. Our aim is to provide lots of opportunities for children to build confidence, develop independence, learn through play and develop a real connection with the natural world. I feel very lucky to be part of children’s early years here at Little Nature, being able to watch them grow, learn and discover the world around them.
